Privacy

All information that we receive from customers is used in absolute confidence and is strictly for our use only. We do not rent, sell or trade your information to any third parties.

We do not use an automated online charging system for credit card orders, all charging to credit cards is done by ourselves manually in house. One of the reasons for using a manual system is because very often a customer may be unsure of what actual parts they require and ordering will be after a series of emails between ourselves to ensure that the correct parts are supplied.

Credit cards will only be charged when orders are ready for despatch, we only charge for goods that are actually being sent, we do not charge for parts that are on back order.
Our order form uses SSL encryption for your security.

Warranty

All our new parts are covered by a 12 months/20,000km warranty
Warranty is limited to the replacement of the faulty item only and does not include the labour to fit the part in question.
Notice of any defective goods must be made to Jagspares within fourteen days of receipt of the goods
Returned goods that are deemed to be faulty must be accompanied by details of the original sales invoice and an explanatory note detailing the nature of the problem.
The cost of return freight is to be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of any returned goods Jagspares will examine these to ascertain the cause.
Under no circumstances whatsoever must the goods be tampered with or any rectification attempted, If this is found to be the case any warranty will be invalid .
If you have any doubts about any goods please do not fit them but notify us immediately.

Reconditioned Exchange Items

All reconditioned exchange items will be charged a core deposit, this deposit is refunded when the customer's original unit is returned, the unit being returned must be undamaged, complete and able to be reconditioned.
The cost of freight for returning customers old units is to be borne by the customer.

Frequent use is made of Vehicle Identification Numbers , VIN, throughout our parts listings. The VIN is used to denote change points of specifications to a particular part therefore it is extremely important to quote your vehicle's VIN.
